AMAZING TUTORIAL!
There’s this great tutorial on how to make the perfect little bows using some ribbon and a FORK! Wow. Cute little bows are a great embellishment for card making or a scrapbook page. Look and see!
Here are some lovely collage layout sketches, for when you need to use a lot of photos to preserve the memory or get the artistic point across.
Found some free labels that I wanted to share. These would look great in a scrapbook or on a gift.

And here is a cute picture of a bunny in a cup (off of weheartit.com), just because:

Came across this lovely tutorial on how to make your own paper flowers. Great for adding a delicate accent to any scrapbook page.

I wanted to share this cool layout that I found on Liz Qualman’s blog, it’s a great sketch that I felt I just had to share.

And here’s a treat, seeing the sketch in action:

So I was checking up on Scrappy’s blog and saw that Scrapbook.com just made a big announcement, they now have over 30,000 unique scrapbooking products to choose from. 30,000 seems like so many, I didn’t realize that there could be that many different products to choose from for just scrapbooking. The industry has really exploded!
I always like to include a photo and came across this really good idea for using old wine corks. You can make a cork trivet out of them! Look at this:

This comes off of Wholeliving.com, a Martha Stewart website.
So yesterday, after I posted the ‘make your own stamps’ post, I ran across ANOTHER make your own stamps post that was even easier and thought I might as well post it today. I left myself a note and everything. However, today it doesn’t look as cool to me as it did yesterday but I don’t care, it is still cool and I’m going to post it anyway. It’s Sunday. Have fun making even easier stamps!

Enjoy

I wanted to share this great stamp making tutorial with everyone. If you love scrapbooking then you probably love stamping and other craft-esque DIY projects and this one was too good to not mention.

Here is a link to the tutorial.
I ran across a really cool article on how to display photos in aesthetically pleasing and creative ways, minus a scrapbook. I know that this is a scrapbooking blog, but let’s face it, if ALL of your photos ended up in a scrapbook then you’d have a TON of scrapbooks. Tell me I’m wrong, I dare you.
So on Suzonne Stirling’s blog she includes a lot of fancy, cheap, DIY projects for displaying all those other photos that you have. I wanted to show you one of the ones that I thought was nifty, you should check out the entire article for more ideas.
This Flower Card is really nice. It doubles as its own envelope. Stick it in a scrapbook for some hidden journaling or to hold different items that you’d like to keep in the scrapbook. Or use to just give to someone. I saw it on lilmagoolie.com. Check it out.
